University of Minnesota Scholarships

Incoming freshmen are automatically be considered for all of the scholarships that the University of Minnesota administers. One scholarship, the Betty L. & Sidney L. Brown, & Shelley Brown Brundage Scholarship for incoming freshman reflects the generous support of a graduate from our department, Dr. Shelley B. Brundage and her family.

College of Liberal Arts Scholarships

The Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Science is part of the College of Liberal Arts (CLA), which administers a number of scholarships that are specifically for CLA students: incoming freshmen, continuing student, and transfer students.

The Gerald M. Siegel Student Initiative Fund

The Siegel fund supports projects proposed by a committee of undergraduate and graduate students, with the guidance of the department chair, to further the educational experience of the department's masters and undergraduate students.
